Shuttle Info: Shuttles will be provided from the Trout Creek Rec Center in the Tahoe Donner (neighborhood in Truckee) and from the Springhill Suites downtown. There are AirBnB and lodging options near both of these. Both shuttle pickups also have parking for those not staying nearby. Uber/Lyft are not reliable in the Truckee Area after 8pm.

Note: There is no parking at the venue. Plan on taking the shuttles.

Lodging: There are 3 easy options for lodging:

  1. Rent an AirBnB or VRBO in the Truckee Area.

  2. Reserve a room in our block at the Springhill Suites in Truckee

  3. Camp on any of the public lands around Truckee. We 100% support this and can help you find a shower if you choose this option.

Traveling by car

We can’t help you here, but Google Maps can! If you’re driving on I-80 through Nevada, don’t pick up any hitchhikers near the prison and be sure to check out any Mexican restaurant for Nevada’s famous all beef burritos. Good luck!

Traveling by plane

Reno International Airport (RNO) is the closest airport to Truckee - 30 min.
Sacramento (2 hrs), San Francisco (3.5 hrs), San Jose (3.5 hrs), and Oakland (3 hrs) are good options if you’re planning to visit the SF bay area.
