Here’s a schedule to give you a sense for the weekend.
We’ll fill it in with more details soon!
9am - 4pm – It’s likely that we’ll organize a beach day/trail runs/mountain bike rides etc. during the day. Details to follow.
4pm - 9pm – Welcome BBQ @ Tahoe Donner Beach Club
Come if and when you can
BBQ and maybe speeches around 6:30pm
Attire: Actual beach clothes, swimsuit, warm jacket for the evening, bare feet & flip flops encouraged
Friday, July 10th
Morning activities (optional) - hike, run, beach
Shuttle Pickup – Plan on 2:30pm - 3:00pm pickup. Shuttle Info.
Ceremony – 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Reception – 4:30pm - 10:00pm
Attire: Semi-Formal, colorful attire encouraged
Men: Any dress shirt and jacket/blazer is great. Tie optional.
Women: Maxi/midi, dress or separates. The wedding is outside so wear flats or block heels!
